Please note:

• The products are dispatched the same day or within 24 hours of the order being received.
• We ship on all days from Monday to Saturday except Sunday or Public Holidays.
• Any issues encountered with the shipping partner fall outside our direct control or responsibility.

How does the delivery process work?

• Once our system processe your order, your products are identified,grouped, packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
• Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possiblility. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
• Based on our logistics and current shipping schedules, we estimate that the order will reach within 3 to 7 working days from the date of parcel pickup.

How are items packed?

• We package our products in boxes, which are covered with an extra protective layer. We pride ourselves on the quality of our packaging.

How can I track my order?

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.
• You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

RETURN, REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

For Cancellations:

~You can raise cancellations to us within 1 hour of placing the order along with the reason for cancellation. If the order is a prepaid order the refund shall be credited to your account in 4-7 working days.

For Returns & Refund:

 ~ We do not accept returns as these are food products once delivered they cannot be returned.
